We send virtually anything, anywhere in the world.
All items are usually dispatched within one working day and sent on an overnight delivery service.
Larger items such as engines are sent on pallets and can take up to one working week to arrive. Please contact us for advice on each individual case.
International customers, if for any reason our system will not quote you a delivery cost, please contact us.
Damage in transit
In the very unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you must contact the office immediately to notify us. Failure to do so could void any warranties and negate any right to a refund.
No goods may be returned without prior contact with a sales manager.
Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days. The original carriage fee is non-refundable; additional return carriage is also at the expense of the customer.
All parts are guaranteed to be fully functioning for 60 days unless clearly listed as spares or repairs. In the unlikely event that a part does turn out to be faulty, we will replace or refund at our own expense.
