 Can I come and collect?

We welcome collection from our warehouse facility in Cornwall, you can find us here. Please call ahead to arrange this.

 What are your opening hours?

We always have staff on hand at our warehouse: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm.

 What if I have any questions?

We know from experience that many customers love to have a chat to us before ordering to ensure they are getting the correct part. The used car parts market can be very confusing with so many similar options available. Before you call us for advice, prepare for the following questions that we’ll likely ask you.

  • - What model and year is your car?
  • - What is your VIN/Chassis Number? (This can be found on your V5C log book or MOT certificate.)
  • - Do you have the part number from your existing part?
     To help with your enquires, genuine Mercedes Benz parts carry their own 10 digit part number e.g A202 860 00 50. Providing this will help us with your enquiry. The more information you give us the quicker we can respond to your enquiry!
     

 What if the item I want is out of stock?

We endeavour to keep the stock levels accurate on the website, however due to the nature of our products, the stock is changing constantly. If an item happens to be out of stock, you will be advised of when you can expect to receive the item.

If at any time we feel we will be unable to source stock in a timely manner, we will contact you and you may opt to receive a full refund.
